We have designed a healthy, delicious and nutritious menu using the finest local produce with a focus on fresh quality proteins, carbohydrates and essential fats, providing you with the right fuel for energy and recovery. Your meals will include breakfast, lunch, dinner and a mid-morning & mid-afternoon snacks throughout your break. We will also be taking full advantage of the villa BBQ on the poolside terrace.
Our private chefs are supplied by Wild Thymes a bespoke nutrition service based in Ibiza, they specialise in private in-house catering, dinner, lunches, nutritious snacks and BBQ’s.
Head chef Matt has been working in restaurants and villas on the island for the best part of a decade. Over the years he has fallen in love with the Mediterranean cuisine and the quality of the local produce this magnificent island has to offer.

During your stay you will have the opportunity to take part in training and nutritional knowledge workshops. These educational workshops will enable to you to develop your understanding of the impact of diet and nutrition on your fitness goals and arm you with the tools you need to apply them to your journey. You will learn how making small changes can make a big difference. All the information we discuss will be emailed to you at the end of your stay.
