To ensure a memorable fitness experience the rooftop performance area has been designed to take full advantage of the 360 degree views across Ibiza.
With grass effect flooring the performance area is armed with raw functional equipment that utilises movements used in every day life. This type of functional training means that as well as building your strength and stamina, you are also developing your mobility and agility. Combining both of these areas will deliver results faster moving you closer to achieving your fitness goals.
Working with our partner, ‘Escape Fitness’, we have split the performance area into various zones to focus on specific elements of your training:

You will receive round the clock fitness sessions to jump start your fitness journey - a morning session, an afternoon session and a pre-dinner blaster.
BEACH FITNESS - Wake up to the rope, jog, sprint, jump and paddle Talamanca Beach conditioning session.
BREAKFAST - Quinoa porridge, eggs, avocados, tomatoes, muesli, almond and rice milk, seasonal fruit, Greek yoghurt, local honey.
CHILL - Hit the pool, sunbath, read, walk, chat, or sleep!
SNACK (CHEF - PRE MADE) Fig and almond truffles dusted in raw cacao
PRE-LUNCH WEIGHTS CIRCUIT - Rooftop mini weights circuit.
